01The Problem
Incumbents are slow, heavy, and a decade behind the work.
Trial and arbitration software has not kept pace with the matters it serves. Bundles that open instantly on a laptop are still loaded over coffee breaks in the room. Search is literal and shallow. AI, where it exists, is grafted on as a chat panel after the fact.
Cerulean was rebuilt around three convictions: that the product must be fast enough to disappear; that retrieval must be the substrate, not a sidebar; and that the shape of the tool should be decided by people who have spent careers standing in front of a tribunal.
